⏳ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resellable condition

Returns are eligible for store credit only at this time. Refunds are not available.

To start a return, email us at       hello@metanoia-rise.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions if eligible.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item? We’re happy to exchange any unused product within 14 days of delivery. Just email us and we’ll walk you through the process.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.
